วันศุกร์ที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 08.30-16.30 น. ดร.กอบกุลยา งามเจริญมงคล ผู้อำนวยการสำนักหอสมุด พร้อมด้วย นางสาวเพ็ญศิริ ผดุงพันธ์ บรรณารักษ์งานพัฒนาและบริการสารสนเทศ สำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยเกริก ได้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาวิชาการ ประจำปี 2569 ในหัวข้อ “Smart Research with AI : Tools, Trends, and Tactics for Publishing Success” โดยคณะผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาจะได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทของห้องสมุดในยุคเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence : Al) ความรู้ที่ได้รับสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการทำงานและเพิ่มคุณภาพผลงานวิชาการ เป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยในระดับนานาชาติ และเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการให้แก่เครือข่ายห้องสมุดในระดับชาติ
2568 年 11 月 21 日（星期五）08:30–16:30，格乐大学图书馆馆长 Dr. Kobkullaya Ngamcharoenmongkhon 与图书馆信息开发及服务部馆员 Ms. Pensiri Phadungphan 前往泰国农业大学图书馆，参加了 2569 年度学术研讨会，主题为 “Smart Research with AI: Tools, Trends, and Tactics for Publishing Success”。
本次研讨会为与会者提供了有关人工智能（Artificial Intelligence: AI）时代图书馆角色的重要知识。参会人员可将所获得的知识应用于实际工作中，以提升学术成果的质量。同时，此次研讨会也促进了各大学图书馆之间的国际合作网络建设，并进一步强化了国家层面的图书馆学术网络发展。
On Friday, 21 November 2025, from 08:30 to 16:30 hrs, Dr. Kobkullaya Ngamoharoenmongkhon, Director of Krirk University Library, together with Ms. Pensiri Phadungphan, Librarian for Information Development and Services at Krirk University Library, participated in the Annual Academic Seminar 2026 on the topic:
“Smart Research with AI: Tools, Trends, and Tactics for Publishing Success.”
The seminar provided participants with knowledge about the role of libraries in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The insights gained can be applied to enhance professional practice and improve the quality of academic work. Moreover, the seminar fostered the creation of collaborative networks among university libraries at the international level and strengthened academic excellence within the national library network.

ภายหลังการอบรม คณะผู้เข้าสัมมนาได้เยี่ยมชมสำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เกี่ยวกับการจัดการห้องสมุดด้วย AI เช่น งานแคตตาล็อกหนังสือ ได้นำ AI มาช่วยจดจำเลขหมู่ เพื่อให้บรรณารักษ์สะดวกในการค้นหา ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางที่สามารถนำมาใช้พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบการบริการสารสนเทศของสำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยเกริก ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
在培训结束后，参会人员参观了泰国农业大学图书馆，了解了图书馆在人工智能方面的管理应用。例如，在图书目录工作中，利用人工智能帮助识别分类号，以便图书馆员更方便地进行检索。这一做法为格锐大学图书馆信息服务系统的开发和优化提供了可行且高效的参考方案。
Following the training session, the seminar participants visited the Kasetsart University Library to observe its AI-driven library management practices. For example, in cataloging books, AI has been applied to recognize classification numbers, thereby facilitating librarians in the retrieval process. This approach serves as a valuable model that can be adopted to further develop and enhance the information service systems of Krirk University Library with greater efficiency.
การสัมมนาวิชาการครั้งนี้ คณะผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาได้รับองค์ความรู้ด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ AI ที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบการทำงานภายในห้องสมุดและระบบการบริการสารสนเทศให้ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยนำ AI เข้ามาช่วยในทำงานด้านต่างๆ เช่น งานสารบรรณเอกสาร งานออกแบบและจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ การเก็บรวบรวมสถิติ การวิเคราะห์หมวดหมู่หนังสือ การสืบค้นและการบริการสารสนเทศ รวมถึงการรวบรวมข้อมูลงานวิจัยด้านต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจะต้องคำนึงถึงหลักจริยธรรม การใช้ AI โดยกำหนดแนวปฏิบัติให้กับ AI เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูล แหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลที่มีน่าเชื่อถือและถูกต้อง และยังเพิ่มทักษะ Prompt Engineering ให้บรรณารักษ์และบุคลากรภายในห้องสมุดให้มีทักษะการใช้ AI ในการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและมีประสิทธิผล
在本次学术研讨会上，参会人员获得了关于人工智能（AI）的知识，这些知识可用于提升图书馆内部工作系统及信息服务系统的效能。人工智能被应用于各类工作，例如：文件管理、宣传资料的设计与制作、统计数据的收集、图书分类分析、检索与信息服务，以及各类科研资料的整合。在应用人工智能的过程中，还需遵循伦理原则，为AI设定操作规范，以确保获取的信息及其来源可靠、准确。同时，本次研讨会也提升了图书馆员及内部工作人员的Prompt Engineering技能，使其能够高效且有效地使用AI开展工作。
This academic seminar provided participants with valuable knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can be applied to improve library operations and information service systems. AI was introduced to support various tasks such as document management, the design and production of promotional materials, statistical collection, book classification analysis, information retrieval, and research data compilation across different fields. The seminar emphasized the importance of ethical principles in the use of AI, ensuring that guidelines are established to obtain accurate and reliable information sources. Furthermore, it enhanced the skills of librarians and library staff in Prompt Engineering, equipping them with the ability to utilize AI effectively and efficiently in their professional work
