วันอังคารที่ 16 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 08.30 – 16.00 น. นางสาวฉลอง กุสุมาลย์ หัวหน้างานวารสาร และนางสาวศุภรานันท์ กาพย์พิมาย หัวหน้างานพัฒนาและบริการสารสนเทศ สำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยเกริก ได้เดินทางไปร่วมงานสัมมนาคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาระบบและเครือข่ายห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน (อพส.) ณ ห้อง 10201 อาคาร 10 ชั้น 2 มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย เพื่อสัมมนาในหัวข้อ “Celebrating 40 Years of ThaiPUL: Streangthening Librarianship Networks for Sustainable Innovation in the AI Era” ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนางานให้พร้อมรับหรือปรับตัวให้เข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) สำนักหอสมุดควรส่งเสริมให้บรรณารักษ์ บุคลากรให้มีความแข็งแกร่งด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และสมรรถนะ ให้ทันต่อนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีที่มีคุณค่าต่อบริการของห้องสมุดได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนบุคลากรห้องสมุดต้องมีความรู้และทักษะการประยุกต์ใช้งานเพื่อสนับสนุนคุณภาพบริการสำหรับการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยให้สามารถยกระดับบริการสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการได้ กรณี AI กับนักการศึกษา เป้าหมายของการสอน AI คือ ให้ผู้รียนเข้าใจ คิดเป็น และนำ AI ไปใช้พัฒนาการเรียนรู้ในอนาคต หรือคิดต่อยอดพัฒนาสิ่งใหม่ได้
2026年6月16日（星期二）上午8时30分至下午4时，泰国格乐大学图书馆期刊部主任查隆·古苏玛女士（Ms. Chalong Kusuman）及信息资源开发与服务部主任苏帕拉南·卡普皮迈女士（Ms. Suparanan Kapphimai）前往泰国商会大学10号楼二层10201会议室，参加由泰国私立高等教育机构图书馆系统与网络发展小组委员会（ThaiPUL）举办的学术研讨会。
本次研讨会主题为“Celebrating 40 Years of ThaiPUL: Strengthening Librarianship Networks for Sustainable Innovation in the AI Era”（庆祝 ThaiPUL 成立40周年：在人工智能时代加强图书馆事业网络建设，推动可持续创新）。研讨会内容对于图书馆工作的发展具有重要意义，有助于图书馆适应数字技术与人工智能（Artificial Intelligence: AI）快速发展的时代变革。
会议指出，图书馆应积极推动馆员及相关工作人员不断提升专业知识、技能与综合能力，以紧跟科技创新的发展步伐，并充分发挥新技术在图书馆服务中的应用价值。同时，图书馆工作人员还应具备运用新兴技术的知识与实践能力，以支持教学、学习及科研工作，进一步提升服务质量，使图书馆服务更加符合读者与用户的需求。
在“人工智能与教育工作者”议题中，会议强调，人工智能教育的目标在于帮助学习者理解人工智能的原理，培养独立思考与批判性思维能力，并能够将人工智能有效运用于未来的学习与发展之中。同时，学习者应具备创新意识，能够在人工智能技术的基础上进行延伸思考，开发新的创意与解决方案，为未来社会创造更多价值。
On Tuesday, 16 June 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Ms. Chalong Kusuman, Head of the Serials Section, and Ms. Suparanan Kapphimai, Head of the Information Development and Services Section, Library of Krirk University, attended the seminar organized by the Subcommittee on the Development of Systems and Networks of Private Higher Education Institution Libraries (ThaiPUL) at Room 10201, 2nd Floor, Building 10, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
The seminar, entitled “Celebrating 40 Years of ThaiPUL: Strengthening Librarianship Networks for Sustainable Innovation in the AI Era,” provided valuable insights into the development of library services and the adaptation of libraries to the rapid changes brought about by digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The seminar emphasized the importance of strengthening librarians’ and library personnel’s knowledge, skills, and competencies to keep pace with technological innovations and to maximize the effectiveness of library services. Furthermore, library staff should possess the necessary knowledge and practical skills to apply emerging technologies in support of teaching, learning, and research, enabling libraries to enhance service quality and better meet users’ needs.
Regarding AI in education, the seminar highlighted that the goal of AI education is to help learners understand AI, develop critical thinking skills, and apply AI effectively to enhance future learning and innovation. Learners should be encouraged not only to use AI as a tool but also to explore new possibilities and create innovative solutions for the future.
